Abstract:
In this publication, the authors study the catering industry of the ATU Gagauzia through the analysis of the current legislation of RM, regulating this sphere of economy, quantitative and qualitative analysis for the period 2018-2022, studying the factors of influence through SWOT and PEST analysis. The result of the study was the possibility of identifying a set of factors that influence the development of the catering industry in the region. Based on the conducted analysis, the authors formulated conclusions aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of catering industry in ATU Gagauzia through improving the quality of services provided in compliance with the principles of territorial and price accessibility.
