Abstract

Actuality and importance of the problem addressed. The process of emergence of the Republic of Moldova towards a market economic system requires all enterprises to develop the managerial system according to the national strategic priorities. Economic development and the growth of fair competition in all economic sectors in the Republic of Moldova make the managerial system of organizations become the fundamental tool for affirming and achieving the entrepreneurial objectives of managers. With the influence of external factors, such as the pandemic, the energy crisis, etc., SMEs have faced significant problems and challenges in business management, in an extremely difficult context. At the same time, the management system of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova demonstrated multiple vulnerabilities, a reduced adaptability to the impact of external factors, as well as to the upheavals brought by them.
