Abstract:
Ensuring the necessary personnel for the efficient activity of the entity is a complex and important process that must consider the relevance of human resources as a key resource of the entity and possible mistakes in the hiring process that could produce side effects. In the last two decades, human resource management is appreciated as an important component of the entity's management as it ensures the success and proper functioning of the entity, especially for the development and revitalization of human resources. In this context, the importance of the study derives from the indisputable elaboration and implementation of the personnel strategy and policy, in order to obtain the desired performances and to achieve the objectives of the entity. For the research, the specialized literature in the field was analyzed, a webographic analysis was performed through search engines, websites, the ISI Web of Science platform, Google Scholar as well as the research of different approaches and the generalization of the identified information.
