Abstract:
The subject approached in the respective article starts with the problem of emerging economies business: mainly, the homogenization of the activity based on commercial operations. The other one being the need of attracting FDI into the emerging economies markets, and at the same time the development of modern businesses that would be based on modern technologies, the increase of their competitiveness on the international level. The analysis of economic policies of emerging economies as well as of their strategies of attracting foreign direct investments reveals their similarity and uniformity. Nevertheless some countries register big FDI inflows, others among which Republic of Moldova don´t. This state of facts can be overpassed only by incorporating the enterprises into the global value chains. As a result of previous research in this sphere, we determined that one of the main factors of not attracting FDIs, is the lack of economic interest of international companies to come to these markets, the other one being the insufficient preparation of local enterprises to participate in the global chains. In the proposed research we will analyze the strategies of international companies and will quantify the possibilities of local business to incorporate in these schemes. We will focus on the determination of the necessary factors in order to be attractive for TNC. We will identify the most efficient forms of economic cooperation at the micro and mezzo levels.
