dc.description.abstract	The emergence of the stock exchange was a response to the growing business demands both locally and internationally. Consequently, the stock exchange has become a vital establishment in the market economy and a component of the financial economy. It is a well-organized, transparent, and monitored secondary market where capital transactions are conducted. The primary function of the stock exchange is to enable the accumulation of funds required to regulate the economy.
