| dc.description.abstract | The COVID - 19 pandemic was an economic and health crisis with devastating effects on all economic sectors. International tourism remains the sector most affected by the pandemic. The aim of this paper is to identify how international tourism has changed in recent years. The methodology used includes specialised literature on international tourism. The results are based on the analysis of statistical data presented by the UNWTO.
