Eficienţa programelor de stat pentru sustinerea și dezvoltarea antreprenoriatului în Republica Moldova

Abstract

In modern conditions, small and medium-sized enterprises have a special influence on the development of the economy in the country and on increasing its flexibility. At the same time, newly opened small and medium-sized enterprises are forced to close and incur losses. Thus, it is necessary to intervene by the state in creating conditions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, through various programs, activities and policies. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of existing government programs for the support and development of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as opportunities for their improvement.The work used such research methods as the analysis of Internet resources and literary sources, so the main programs offered by the ODA organization were described and analyzed. State sources were also analyzed, with the help of which the number of liquidated enterprises was determined, as a result, it was identified and proposed to solve the problem. With the help of synthesis, all the conclusions were combined, which flowed into a conclusion, which became a proposal for solving problems.
