Today, loyalty techniques in the service market are more important than ever, given the fierce competition in various business sectors. Customer retention is an essential strategy to increase revenue and ensure a solid base of loyal and satisfied customers. The role of loyalty techniques in the service market is to maintain the relationship with existing customers and convert them into loyal ones, which can lead to increased revenue and business development.
