The real estate market in the Republic of Moldova has had significant developments in recent years, and the fact that it is far from perfect, the pace and efficiency of its operation is conditioned by a series of demographic, social, economic and political factors. Their effects and they left a heavy mark on the direction and development of the real estate market, but also on real estate prices. The article aims to provide an insight into the current trends and future prospects for the real estate market in the Republic of Moldova. Topics such as the evolution of real estate prices, the types of properties most sought after and the factors affecting the development of this industry will be addressed.
