The article deals with the concept of „sales activity”. The theoretical aspects of the management of the sales activity and its features are revealed. The research substantiates the importance of the optimal directionality choice of sales activity as one of the main lines of enterprise activity. Diversification of sales channels is one of the powerful tools to ensure the development of the sales activity of an enterprise. In this article are examined the strengths and researched the problems of sales management within the Sicom enterprise.
