Abstract:
In countries with good economic development, coaching is one of the basic elements for increasing the performance and profit of organizations. Almost every company with a mature and well-structured organizational culture uses a coach, who facilitates the improvement of the results of some of the employees and of the company in general. The strategy for public administration reform in the Republic of Moldova for the period 2016-2020 provides for the need to reform several components. The aim of the paper is to look at the possibility of organizational development in the field of Public Administration in terms of organizational coaching.
