dc.description.abstract Increasing competition in the market of educational services, both nationally and internationally, emphasizes the need of some changes to the strategy in order to strengthen the market position of higher education institutions. Competitiveness of the university mostly is determined by how it is being evaluated by the target group, business environment and the society on the whole.
