dc.description.abstract	Angajații de azi, în special generațiile tinere sunt extrem de sensibile, iar lipsa unui proces de integrare poate genera cu ușurință demotivare și pierderea interesului. Acestea pot duce la plecare din companie, ceea ce generează costuri nedorite. Iată de ce, una din cerințele esențiale ale managementului resurselor umane este integrarea profesională la locul de muncă a noilor angajați. În funcție de modul cum sunt integrați în muncă noii angajați se poate asigura succesul în obținerea unor rezultate corespunzătoare în activitatea organizației.
