| dc.description.abstract | The paper will perform a theoretical-methodological analysis of successful managerial strategies that can be applied in enterprises. The aim of the research is to identify successful innovative management strategies that can be applied in pandemic enterprises. A special place in the research was given to the identification of the most relevant innovative strategies that can be applied by companies in a pandemic context. Research methodology: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, qualitative research, documentation. In conclusion, we can reiterate that the most relevant strategies that can be applied in the context of the pandemic are the innovative strategies adapted to the difficult economic situation.
