Abstract

This topic is the most relevant and discussed in the world's financial centers. Today, an innovative startup cannot raise capital. Bank lending is not an optimal solution for raising funds for development. Because of this, startups can use the mechanisms of the financial market. This report outlined ways to raise capital for a company through the over-the-counter market and through an initial public offering. All stages of these capital raising procedures have been described in detail in this report. JEL: G11, G14.
