Abstract:
This article aims to highlight the need to comply with the rule of law in an imposing society on the elements that make up privacy as a whole, as protected by international regulations, but also the practical role it played in national legislation to provide the protection of an extremely important social value for each person. Thus, the right to privacy, as a fundamental human right, cannot be treated independently of a number of other related rights, inextricably linked to the privacy of the person - such as: the right to privacy and family and the inviolability of the home, etc., on which the European Court of Human Rights ruled and established benchmarks, in application of art. 8 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (hereinafter Convention). JEL: K14.
