В данном учебном пособии рассматривается широкий круг вопросов, связанных с экспортно-импортными операциями: техника подготовки и заключения международной сделки, порядок исполнения контрактов в международной торговле, встречная торговля, техника биржевых операций, международные аукционы и торги, международный обмен технологиями, международный обмен инженерно-техническими услугами, а также другие темы. Приведены многочисленные примеры из международной практики. Выделяются те операции, которые имеют более широкое применение на международном уровне и/или перспективны для использования в практике отечественных экономических агентов. В рамках каждой главы представлены вводная часть, задачи курса, контрольные вопросы, практические задания и указаны библиографические источники.
