<summary type="text">Sustainable Development Economic Conceptions: Green Economy and Circular Economy
Șișcan, Zorina
In the article the clash of two principle socioeconomic development paradigms is analyzed, and two modern economic conceptions oriented towards sustainable development are highlighted. Having analyzed the correlational character of the conceptions, the author reveals that the circular economy manifests essential continuity related to the green economy, on the one hand, while being in a certain opposition to it, on the other hand. At the same time, both conceptions bring their significant contribution to the possibility of sustainable socioeconomic development. CZU: 330.34:504.06; JEL: B40 010 Q5.

Hioară, Natalia
Evoluția inteligenței umane este strâns legată de evoluția creierului uman și de originea limbajului. Cronologia evoluției umane se întinde pe aproximativ 7 milioane de ani, de la separarea genului Pan până la apariția modernității comportamentale în urmă cu 50.000 de ani. Iată prima definiție a inteligenței 1: rădăcina (sau antecedentele directe ale cuvântului ”intelligence”) se află în inteligența latină, adică ”acțiunea sau facultatea de înțelegere”, ea însăși derivată din limba latină intellegere (Ex.: Ro. (19) - însemnând “to early”).&#13;

Хиоарэ, Наталья
Человеческий интеллект развивался на протяжении миллионов лет, формируясь под влиянием биологической эволюции мозга и возникновения языка. От ранних охотников и создателей орудий труда до современных обществ интеллект был движущей силой, обеспечивающей выживание, творчество и технологический прогресс. В статье исследуются эволюционные основы интеллекта через анализ роста человеческого мозга, его энергетических потребностей, а также генетических и когнитивных изменений, которые привели к развитию сложных форм мышления и способности к прогнозированию. Особое внимание уделяется развитию языка как уникальной человеческой способности, которая обеспечила не только коммуникацию, но и трансляцию культуры, знаний и инноваций из поколения в поколение. В работе также рассматриваются теоретические перспективы, такие как концепция множественного интеллекта Говарда Гарднера, демонстрирующая многомерный характер человеческого познания. Кроме того, подчёркивается роль образования, саморазвития и разнообразных стратегий обучения в укреплении когнитивных способностей в современном контексте. Связывая эволюционное прошлое с современными образовательными практиками, автор подчёркивает, что интеллект не может измеряться исключительно оценками или коэффициентом IQ, а должен пониматься как сложный и динамичный феномен. Такой подход позволяет признать разнообразие человеческих талантов, важность творчества и решения проблем, а также непреходящую актуальность интеллекта для адаптации к вызовам XXI века. &#13;
************************************************************************************************************************************* Human intelligence has developed over millions of years, shaped by the biological evolution of the brain and the cultural emergence of language. From early hunters and toolmakers to modern societies, intelligence has been the driving force behind human survival, creativity, and technological progress. This paper explores the evolutionary foundations of intelligence by analyzing the growth of the human brain, the energy demands it required, and the genetic and cognitive changes that led to advanced reasoning and foresight. A particular focus is placed on the development of language as a unique human capacity, enabling not only communication but also the transmission of culture, knowledge, and innovation across generations. The article also examines theoretical perspectives such as Howard Gardner’s concept of multiple intelligences, which demonstrates the multidimensional character of human cognition. Furthermore, it highlights the role of education, self-development, and diverse learning strategies in strengthening cognitive abilities in contemporary contexts. By linking the evolutionary past with modern educational practices, the study emphasizes that intelligence cannot be measured solely by grades or IQ scores but must be understood as a complex and dynamic phenomenon. Such an approach helps to recognize the variety of human talents, the importance of creativity and problem-solving, and the ongoing relevance of intelligence for adapting to the challenges of the twenty-first century.

Taliouris, Evangelos; Trihas, Nikolaos; Dimari, Georgia
The issue of the interconnection between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and SD (Sustainable Development) with administrative science and public policy constitutes a privileged field for development and specialization in the curricula of Hellenic University Departments in the field of tourism studies regarding policy and administration. This happens due to the economic growth of tourism as development and policy field in several regions of Greece, in particular insular areas where University Departments operate in tourism studies directly or indirectly (e.g. economics, policy). This paper analyses the European policy framework for CSR and SD within the context of a multigovernance level (Greece, EU, World Tourism Organization) and links it with the tourism academic field in University departments in Greece through and comparative analysis of courses and overall policy framework for sustainability and responsibility. The research methodology of this paper is based on qualitative research and it is based on literature review, archive research, grounded theory analysis and evidence based policy analysis.
