Abstract. Article makes reference to the unique experience that we live in common, the pandemic crisis. Investigative interest was concentrated on the general subject, communication, but especially on the protocol of communication during the pandemic. Thus, presenter included description of a general reality starting from separated aspects of life, giving them a scientific format of interpretation. JEL: O15A2I1.
