Noile tehnologii în expertiza vamală

Abstract

New technologies play an important role in our lives. Because of the evolution of technologies, people have started to used them more and more in different fields of activity. In the republic of Moldova the customs structures implement in its activity new technologies to stop and liquidate smuggling and falsify goods. Customs expertise is a method of detecting these offenses by various economic agents. In order to minimize these customs frauds, it is necessary to implement new techniques to the sector, which will make the work of customs inspectors more efficient. This research highlights the lack of new methods, apparatus in customs structures for thorough analysis of goods, the documents that cross borders every day. Finally, I will confirm that customs expertise is an effective method of stopping and minimizing smuggling and counterfeit goods thanks to the new equipment used during the analysis. JEL: K330
