Abstract:
Staff recruitment is the most important stage for any organization, which includes many types, various technologies and techniques. Future success of the company depends on the quality of the recruitment phase. Each company needs experienced and highly qualified specialists. But, unfortunately, there are not a lot of such specialists in the labor market. Therefore, companies use headhunting technology, that is, they poach top-managers and high-class specialists from competitors. JEL: M54 Labor Management
