Abstract:
The unprecedented development of information and communication technologies, the extension of technical innovations in all fields, generated and will generate new knowledge requirements and forced people to reorient themselves into new jobs or professions because of structural and occupational changes in the labor market. These changes have led to a revision of concepts on the content and role of training.
