Abstract:
In the last decade, due to the global financial crisis, the funding system of the research sector across the world has known major structural changes by introducing new financing methods and platforms. This paper presents some modern means of financing research-development and innovation, which are the elements of the capital market. The aim of the research is to study and analyse: Venture Capital, Crowdfunding and Business Angels as opportunities to finance the scientific activities from Republic of Moldova. JEL: G24, M13, G32
