Abstract:
The article deals with the essence of investment banking, its role in the formation of the financial market, analyzes the conditions for further development of investment banking and the Institute of hedging in the Republic of Belarus. The necessity of development of the hedging institution in the Republic of Belarus in the conditions of the current market mechanism of exchange rate formation and volatility of exchange rates is noted. Indicates on the existing problems in the derivatives market of the derivatives market. JEL: J240
