Abstract:
At the present stage, the economic development of many territories is accompanied by an increase in the anthropogenic impact on the environment. The intensification of the processes of globalization, dynamism, international cooperation, scientific and technological progress, the introduction of innovative technologies exacerbates the contradictions between economic and environmental indicators. An unsuitable ecological situation complicates the problem of stable territorial development. Ensuring sustainable ecological and economic development of the country is one of the long-term and priority tasks, the solution of which can be achieved through the development of incentive conditions for the greening of economic activities. In article it is spoken about need of reorientation of economic activity for the direction reducing environmental risks. "The green economy" is considered as the new vector of a sustainable development promoting increase of welfare of people and providing social justice. Recently in decisions of many important meetings of high level appeals to pass to "green economy" even more often sound. So, for example, in joint statements of the Big twenty this question became a key subject of the agenda in a context of a sustainable development and poverty eradication. The concept of «green economy» adopted by the world community is designed to ensure the harmonization of the three components of sustainable development economic, social and environmental.
