Abstract:
The article makes an analysis of philosophical and education approaches of the concept of quality. It proposed a set of values that can form/be the basis for the development of quality culture within the educational institution, namely: equity and fairness, competition, professionalism, respect and tolerance, kindness, responsibility, transparency, and confidentiality.
