Abstract

The proposed article contains an analysis of existing business process classifications and their composition, as well as information on which types and classifications of business processes exist, in which disciplines the concepts are used. This is the difference between the logistics business process and a business process. The generic typology of business processes is presented. The following methods were used: synthesis, analysis, comparison, logical generalization, analogy reasoning, classification, grouping Understanding what is considered to be the main business processes will provide the basis for developing concrete actions to improve the business processes of the enterprise. This article is of value to the students and the teachers, who study the reengineering of business processes in detail.
