dc.description.abstract	The paper presents a comparison of the Romanian Higher Education System with some systems of the EU member states through the perspective of students and graduates of ISCED F-2013. The desire of the authors was to investigate the structure of the internal academic offer compared to other states. The analysis and comparisons were made at the level of the three higher education cycles: Bachelor, Master and PhD, based on official data issued by EUROSTAT.
