dc.description.abstract Recent researches target both theoretical approach of the metacognition concept aiming at its dimensions’ demarcation, as well as the practical one in which the benefits of the development of metacognition skills specific to certain domains are being assessed. The possibility to know, control and adjust your own cognitive processes assumes developing metacognitive skills and has to pe performed in with the cognitive development, in order to offer the students facilities which encourage an authentic, sustainable and autonomous learning.
