Analiza exportului de animale vii, păsări, carne şi subproduse comestibile din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Comerțul exterior, în general, este un factor esențial al creșterii economice a fiecărui stat din lume, iar exportul produselor agro-alimentare este un domeniu important pentru orice economie națională, este un complex de activități cu valoare socială. Acesta cuprinde totalitatea relaţiilor şi tranzacţiilor efectuate sub formă de export şi import. De asemenea, el vizează fluxurile şi serviciile unei ţări cu restul lumii. În acest context, prezenta lucrare este fundamentată pe analiza exportului de animale vii, păsări, carne și subproduse comestibile din Republica Moldova. În lucrare se propune o analiză statistică a sectorului autohton de exportare a cărnii, ce denotă un grad de concentrare redus al companiilor din industria procesării cărnii și un potențial de creștere pentru întreprinderile existente. In this context, this paper is based on the analysis of the export of live animals, poultry, meat and edible by-products from the Republic of Moldova. The paper proposes a statistical analysis of the domestic meat export sector, which shows a low degree of concentration of companies in the meat processing industry and a growth potential for the existing enterprises.
