Abstract:
In this article, there are examined the leadership and the team activity of employees as current factors of achievement of the company’s effectiveness. The theoretical and methodological basis of the questions analyzed in the article, as well as the basis for the formulation of conclusions and suggestions were constituted under the researches of the researchers in the field of leadership and management.
