The subject of this approach includes the compulsory civil liability insurance for damages caused by motor vehicles, the insurance based on the international "Green Card" policies and the insurance of the civil liability of the carriers towards the passengers. These types of insurance can be analyzed separately on the basis of several considerations - firstly they are regulated by specially adopted laws, secondly - they occupy a very important place in the insurance market, and finally - they affect an impressive number of people. due to the mandatory nature.
