The purpose of this research is to represent economic sanctions as one of the most efficient, diplomatic solutions for negotiating conflicts between countries. The proof of this fact reveals with risk's minimization to begin an armed conflict or to use different military weapons for tackling a conflict. Research objectives are based on terminology's explanation, types of sanctions enumeration and an impact analyze that sanctions can have on society, economy, or international relations. The paper also includes a Case Study that explains the process of US's application of sanctions on Iran and its consequences. Also, the research ends with a relevant conclusion regarding the importance of economic sanctions in dealing with different problems in a diplomatic and democratic way. Nowadays more young people are leaving the country because they don't have possibilities for development and implementation of a project. In fact, there are many institutions and organizations that finance these projects and that aim to help young people realize their dreams. With a single search on the internet we can find a lot of sites that have enough information about how and what we should do for the project to be financed, who we can turn to and what steps should be followed. Motivation can be defined as the process of selecting, guiding and maintaining human behavior according to certain needs and aspirations. At the company, institution or organization level, it can be defined as the forces activated by an employee, through which his behavior is initiated and triggered. Human behavior is determined by certain objectives, realized by the individual as goals. They vary from case to case. The task of the manager - as a catalytic element of the group - is to activate and identify the motives of the employees in particular, to direct them towards a successful work, using appropriate incentives (motivational factors). The companies' experiences of motivating employees are related to the organizational culture, and the methods and techniques implemented are aimed at stimulating the potential of employees and increasing their productivity depending on their interests and objectives. The success of a company is based on various aspects, which take into account certain details, one of them being the correct ways of choosing and offering gifts at the right time and in the right situation. Through this study we aimed to carry out an analysis on the given topic, to highlight the challenges, but also the opportunities created by giving gifts, and the impact they bring on a company. The scientific method used is the case study, based on the "ASEM University Code of Ethics", thanks to which we managed to identify the recommendations and ethical norms issued by the institution.
